I visited another exhibition this week. This one was in a Palace come museum in downtown Bangkok. The image above was taken in the palace garden by me.
One of Thailand's most famous photographers prepared the best images she had from previous exhibitions and called the collection "SHE'S" - Smooth Harmony Emotions' Style.
The photographer is called Jiratha Narapittayanart and is most famous for her portraits, but has also produced some outstanding travel and documentary images.
I particularly liked the way she composed many of her images and how she used the natural lighting for the best effects. A was a little disappointed with the condition of some of the images. They looked like they had been stored in a damp place for many years and many of them had rippled paper. I'm sure most people would have prepared fresh prints for an exhibition in such an important location.
All in all I really enjoyed viewing her photographs and have added two interesting samples below.
